Viewing Your Photos
Access your student's photos using a passcode.
The passcode is your student's ID number. Enter it in the 'passcode' box below.
For privacy reasons, we are unable to provide student ID numbers directly. Please contact your school if you need help finding your student's ID number.
If you believe the passcode is not working, text us for help.
It's easy to order school photos from Addison.
If you've entered your passcode, keep scrolling down to view and order your images. Then click on your desired image and select from the packages listed. Add-on products are items that may be added to a package but are not available separately.
Usually within two weeks of your order:
We'll mail your order to your home. Shipping is $6, unless your order is over $50. Orders over $50 receive free shipping.
Orders placed after picture day:
- are available at regular pricing,
- have a slightly reduced product selection,
- can only be mailed to your home,
- are still eligible for free shipping on orders of $50 or more.
Digital image downloads are available immediately after payment.
Retouched digital images will be emailed within 48 hours.
Photo Retouching
Blemish-only retouching is available, helping your child look their best while maintaining their natural appearance. This is a one-time fee per image, not per print or copy.
FAQ
I don't know my student's passcode.
Your passcode is your student's ID number. For privacy reasons, Addison School Portraits cannot provide student ID numbers directly. Please contact the school if you need help finding it.
My passcode is not working. What should I do?
Please double-check that you entered the student ID number correctly. If it still does not work, contact Addison School Portraits at info@addisonschools.com or text us at (208) 733-4522.
Can I still order?
Yes. You may still order after picture day. Orders placed after picture day are mailed directly to your home.
What if my student was absent, new, or needs a retake?
Students who were absent, are a new student, or need a retake may be photographed on absent/retake day. If you already placed an order and your student was absent, your order will be held until their photo is taken. Retakes are $5 per student and must be scheduled here.
How do I choose an image?
Enter your student's passcode, view the available image or images, then click the photo you want to order from. Choose a package, then add any available add-on items.
Can I order for more than one student?
Yes. Enter the first student's passcode separately and add the desired items to your cart. Then return to the thumbnail view and click the 'Enter Another' button for the next student.
Continue until you're ready to check out.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $6, or free for orders of $50 or more.
When will I receive my order?
Print orders are usually mailed within about two weeks of your order. Digital downloads are available immediately after payment. Retouched digital images are emailed within 48 hours.
Which address should I enter?
Please enter your mailing address. Orders placed after picture day are mailed directly to your home.
