Uniforms change, teams change, and seasons go by faster than expected. Sports photos are one of the easiest ways to remember this year, this team, and this stage of your athlete's life.
Once photos are online, be sure to view your athlete's images and place your order during the first 7 days for school delivery.
How Sports Photos Work
Sports photos are photographed throughout the school year and are made available online after each sports picture day.
Sports photos are organized by each school's scheduled sports picture days. Most schools have several sports photo events during the school year, usually including fall sports, winter sports, and spring sports.
Each sports picture day includes the teams scheduled by the school or athletic director. Depending on the season and school, this may include sports such as football, volleyball, basketball, cross country, soccer, track, baseball, softball, golf, tennis, and other school teams.
Many sports also include multiple teams or grade levels, such as 7th grade, 8th grade, JV, varsity, A team, B team, or other school-specific groups.
Finding Your Athlete
Use the same student passcode method used for school portraits. In most cases, your student's passcode is their school ID number.
Once you enter the passcode, you will be able to view the available sports images for your athlete.
Individual Sports Photos
Most athletes will have at least two individual poses available. Individual sports photos are processed so they can be displayed with different sports-themed backgrounds and product options.
When ordering online, you may be able to choose from available poses, backgrounds, packages, prints, and specialty sports products.
Team Photos
Team photos are offered as printed products, including team-only prints such as 5x7 and 8x10 prints.
Team photos may also be used as part of a Sportsmate, which is an 8x10 photo composite that includes both an individual athlete image and the team photo.
Please note: Team photos are not available as digital downloads.
School Delivery Deadline
Orders placed within the first 7 days after sports photos are posted online will be delivered back to the school.
Orders placed after the first 7 days will be mailed directly to your home.
What Should I Order?
For most families, the best place to start is with a package or Sportsmate that includes your athlete's individual photo. If you would also like the team photo, choose either a team-only print or a product that includes the team image.
If you are ordering for more than one athlete, you may add multiple students or galleries to the same order before checking out.
